Our polyurethane gel has the consistency of fatty tissue. It is acting as a layer of artificial fat, and reduces significant pressures sustained by high risk areas. It can «slide» and move laterally, so it is effective in reducing shear forces. Unconditionally guaranteed not to leak or dry out if accidentally punctured or cut. It doesn’t harden in time.
