Description of product:
The ball is made of medical grade silicone and is a one-size device that is available in three different resistances to promote progressive strengthening, increased function, grip and mobility in the hand, wrist and forearm. It can be used to strengthen the hand, fingers and forearm muscles after an operation or for users who need to strengthen muscles to increase function and range of movement and flexibility. It can be used for arthritis suffers as well as being a great stress reduction tool.
