Description of the product:
A post-operative hip support suitable for frail patients who cannot tolerate a more substantial appliance. This hip brace is designed as a pressure dressing following hip surgery. It fits either the right or left hip and eliminates the need for taping. This hip spica is made from laminated material with an elasticated pelvic section and thigh wrap and allows quick access to the wound site. Velcro closures allow this hip brace to be easily applied and removed. Eight removable aluminium ‘T’ bar stays help control abduction and adduction. The ‘T’ bars are malleable and can be profiled for a close fit. Left or right.
